Morgan: So what is Tauntie's job at Starbucks again?

Tricia: She's a corporate lawyer. She's in charge of diversity.

Morgan: What is diversity?

Tricia: It means that she makes sure there are different kinds of people working at Starbucks. That's important because companies want to make sure there isn't just one way of thinking.

Morgan: Oh! So she makes sure there aren't just White people. That there are Black people, Asians, Latino's… monkeys…

Tricia: No, not monkeys.

Morgan: Monkeys are people too!

Tricia: No. Monkeys are monkeys.
